Lake Fun!!!

We had a blast at the lake all this past weekend! We had my grandmother's 90th b'day at my dad's condo at Stillwaters. Then we swam at my mom's place at Stillwaters, and finally we went to Joe's mom's house on the lake for some boat fun! I was so proud of Mally! She rode the inter tube and seedoo! I wanted Claire to come, but she's been on this antibiotic and she couldn't be out in the sun long.): Hope you enjoy the collage!

Nanny's 90th Birthday Party

We all had a great time at the lake celebrating my grandmother's 90th birthday! She looks great doesn't she! The kids played and visited with the new little member of the family, Mary Katherine. She was adorable and we ate til we were sick! It was great to see everyone and visit for a couple of hours. Happy 90th Nanny!!!! We love you!!!

Go Kimbell!!!

I must say we had an awesome soccer season! Kimbell played 10 games and scored a total of 43 goals! I'm not one to brag, but that is pretty great! David Beckham look out! Hey, I can dream BIG, right!? This post is dedicated to him for all his strength, perseverance, and hard work.Go Kimbell!!! We love you!

Kimbell is so funny! He is at the age...almost 8...where he is saying the funniest things. If he messes up on something he says "Snap!" He's spelling everything out instead of saying it and talks about girls being "Hot"! I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He came in today with his hat turned backwards and told Joe he was ready to g..o..! He's one cool dude!!!

Mally's end of the year class party.

Mally had a little program and class party yesterday at Parkway. Her class did a wonderful job singing for us! I was so proud! I took some pictures and a video of them to share. We are really going to miss our friends and wonderful teachers, Ms. Courtney and Ms. Karen. Mally is attending the summer program and she will have them again this summer so I'm not tearing up yet because we will see them in a month or so!(:

Whew...what a Mother's day!

What a great and busy Mother's day we had. We ate lunch with my sister, Hayden and her fam at that great Italian restaurant at the conference center...can't remember the name. It was grand! That night we ate at my aunt Lee's house with the Dyas klan. It was great to see everyone and I took some pictures of my beautiful cousins with their mothers. Joe gave me a beautiful diamond necklace he picked out all by himself for Mother's day. I was so surprised!

We will miss you, Missy!!!

This post is dedicated to our beloved sitter, Missy. She is gone to Italy for the summer and we are going to miss her dearly. She has been such a lifesaver watching the girls for me on Fridays..... not to mention almost every weekend with all our entertaining! This was our first Friday without her and Mally asked about her over and over again. I hope you stay in touch with us Missy and you know we have a saved spot for you when you return this fall. We miss you already!

Wordless Wednesday

My 33rd Birthday!

I had a wonderful birthday weekend. I say weekend because we celebrated it ALL weekend! We went out with friends to Moores Mill Friday night and then Mikata Saturday night and finally I had a small family birthday on Sunday night! Whew! I have to say it was the best birthday I've had in a LONG time. I posted a couple of pictures. Enjoy!

On the Go!!!!

After months of anticipation Claire is FINALLY walking....just in time for mommy's b'day!(: We are so excited!!! She is so cute and I plan to add a video soon for all to see.
Joe and I were just discussing how things are getting a little easier day by day. My how time flies!!!! Claire being our last baby has been hard for me to deal with lately. I have learned to try and cherish every little moment with them.

We had a great time at the beach...until Mally got to running a high fever the second night...it was awful! She was so pitiful and ready to go home. Not to mention Joe said Claire bear was ready for us to come home, too! Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!(:
